Hi, I’m Nicole
I’m the Founder of Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health. The word Intuitive is deeply personal to me as it truly reflects the heart of how I practice. Anyone can work in healthcare. But combining clinical expertise with lived experience navigating these same conditions? That’s what sets my approach apart.
Let me share why.
I know firsthand what it’s like to live with a chronic illness and pelvic floor dysfunction, despite appearing perfectly healthy on the outside. From a young age, I struggled with chronic pain and fatigue. Almost every morning, I woke up feeling terrible, and things only worsened after I started my career as an Occupational Therapist. I would often come home after a long work day with an aching body, feeling completely drained. At just 25, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, but I felt that a big piece of the puzzle was still missing.
Over the course of the next several years, I explored various treatments and therapies, including massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and yoga. My hypermobility drew me to hot yoga, where I thought I was thriving due to my flexibility. But I ached worse than ever despite doing all the “right things” to help.
Nine years and two pregnancies later, which left me with long-term pelvic health issues, I was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). For the first time in my life, everything made sense. But those answers only came because I learned more about hypermobility and advocated for myself to find the right provider.
This is now an important part of the work I do.
As an occupational therapist specializing in both pelvic health and chronic illness, I help clients navigate complex, often overlooked conditions. Many people spend years feeling dismissed or misunderstood by the medical system. I’m here to show you that a different kind of care is possible, and to guide you as you seek answers and the right support for conditions like hEDS, POTS, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS).
With 14 years experience as an OT and a lifetime in a bendy body, I bring my clinical knowledge and personal understanding to each and every session. I promise that not only will you understand your body more clearly, you’ll also gain confidence in managing your symptoms and taking back control of your health. I’ve made it my life’s mission to provide the support, guidance, and holistic care I once needed.
I founded Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health in Tampa, Florida to offer not just hope, but real, tangible progress towards a better quality of life. Whether you’re a new mom with pelvic symptoms or someone with a complex chronic condition, you don’t have to figure this out alone. I am here to walk beside you every step of the way.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to support you. Reach out today to learn more about working together.

Discover the Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health Difference: Where Expert Care Meets Personal Touch
Our Approach
At Intuitive Therapies & Pelvic Health, we offer a unique healing experience. Here's why we stand out:
✦ Expertise in Pelvic Health & Chronic Illness: We specialize in treating pelvic health concerns within the context of complex, chronic conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), POTS, and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Our approach is shaped not only by clinical expertise, but by lived experience navigating these conditions. This brings a level of nuance, validation, and depth that is often missing in traditional care.
✦ Whole-Body Approach: Your symptoms don’t exist in isolation, and your care shouldn’t either. We look beyond the pelvic floor to address the systems that influence it, including fascia, the nervous system, breathing patterns, and functional movement. This allows us to uncover root cause contributors and create more sustainable, meaningful change.
✦ Longer Sessions for Individualized Care: Your story deserves more than a quick appointment. That’s why we offer extended sessions, including 90-minute evaluations and 60-minute treatments, to give you the time and attention needed to truly understand your body and create a plan that works.
✦ A Welcoming Healing Space: Your body holds more than just physical tension. Our calming space is designed just for you. We practice trauma-informed care and prioritize safety and consent to ensure each session meets you where you are with respect and care.
✦ Empowering You with Knowledge: Knowledge is one of the most powerful tools in healing. We take the time to help you understand your body - not just what’s happening, but why. Through clear education and guided practice, you’ll gain the confidence to make informed choices, apply strategies between sessions, and take an active role in your recovery.
✦ Specialized Care That Translates to Real Life: We offer specialized and effective treatments, including advanced manual therapy techniques and lifestyle strategies rooted in lived experience. We work hard to build your healing “toolbox” so progress can continue long after each session ends.
