  • We are located within the Wilsky Professional Park at 10213 Wilsky Blvd Suite 106 Tampa, FL 33625. Enter through the front door, make a left and then a right. My office is at the end of the hall.

  • You can fill out an inquiry form on our website, or call or text 813-434-0060.

  • We do not contract with any insurance companies. We choose to be an out-of-network provider in order to provide the best quality care. By not contracting, we can prioritize you and your goals, and not just what insurance wants your goals to be. We do accept both HSA and FSA cards and can provide you with a superbill for any insurance reimbursement that would go directly to you. Reimbursement depends on your insurance and out-of-network benefits. For more questions, please call your insurance company as every plan & company is different!

  • We request a credit card on file at time of booking your initial evaluation. Your card will not be charged until time of service for evaluation and treatment, unless a no show or cancellation fee is incurred.

  • Your initial evaluation will begin with a lengthy chat about your medical & social history, your goals, and your daily activities & routines.

Depending on the reason for evaluation, we will usually move into a functional movement assessment to see how your joints & biomechanics could be reflecting the issues you’re having.

For pelvic health clients, following our external assessment, we can do an internal assessment if indicated and only with your explicit consent. We tell you every single step of what we’re doing with the help of our pelvic model, and help you connect to your pelvic floor!

At the end of the evaluation, we’ll go back to talking about your goals & come up with a plan of care to get you to those goals!

  • Initial evaluations run about 90 mins to provide comprehensive, unhurried care that allows us to truly get to know each other, go over all your goals and concerns, and put together the best treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

Follow up visits run about an hour.

  • Entry-level physical and occupational therapists receive minimal training in pelvic health as part of their Masters/Doctoral level coursework. Both OTs and PTs who want to work in pelvic health need to complete post-professional education and training to enhance their skills in this practice area. Essentially, they take very similar courses, just operate from a different background and perspective.

As a licensed and registered occupational therapist in Tampa, FL, Nicole has training in biomechanics, anatomy and physiology, psychology, lifestyle modification, sensory processing, behavioral health, environmental analysis, and activity analysis of habits, routines and roles. This allows her to treat the physical, psychological and emotional aspects of pelvic floor dysfunction. Nicole also holds a post-graduate certificate in Trauma-Informed Care from Elizabethtown College and uses trauma-informed care throughout her practice.

  • We ask that you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing so that we can accurately assess your body mechanics, movement, and muscle tension.

  • No, you do not need a referral to come in for treatment. Once your initial evaluation is completed, we will send a plan of care with recommendations to your preferred provider for approval.
